Design/engineering/architectural/construction formal education.
Seasoned/experienced or a fast/eager learner with as little as 5 yr. experience and the skill:set. Well versed with
design/construction software including scheduling (Project), Excel, Outlook, etc. Good with
design/construction
documents/scheduling/coordination/planning. Quality effective
communicator/documentation electronically (Written) and verbal with owners, officials, designers, contractors and vendors; etc.
