This Bb euphonium, serial number xxxx66 was built in Yamaha factory in Japan in around xxxx. The Maestro model is well known as an easy blowing, high quality professional model favoured by many players.
The overall condition is excellent; the mechanical operation - valves, slides, and water keys are all in perfect working order. The instrument is almost completely free of dents, and free of any serious scratches (only minor ones are present). The plating is 100% intact. There has only been one previous owner, and they have taken very good care of the instrument. It was sent to us for some repair to some impact damage, and at that point the band decided to exchange it for a York Preference model. The damage has been completely repaired and it has been restored to excellent playing condition.
