Job Description
Gryphon Group LLC is currently seeking experienced, licensed, and insured Property Preservation sub-contractors throughout Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Qualified candidates will help manage our inventory of bank, broker and investor owned properties. We are seeking sub-contractors who can perform all aspects of residential property preservation services. These services include:
Debris removal and disposal
Securing
Winterizations
Sales cleans
Yard maintenance
Snow removal
Conveyance services
Inspections
Repairs and rehabs
Presale and REO
It is important that our subcontractors pay attention to detail and have the ability to complete quality work in the required turn time. Must have your own tools, equipment, transportation, mobile phone and computer.
